Four Step Infra was born out of a gap in the market. Investors in India wanted real estate returns — but not the burden of managing tenants, chasing rent, and dealing with maintenance. They wanted to invest like an institution, not a landlord.

The opportunity near Parul University was undeniable. 40,000+ students. A growing campus. Inadequate student accommodation. A captive rental market that would never go empty. We built Freedom Luxuria not just as a housing project — but as an income machine for smart investors.

2023 — Founding
Four Step Infra Established
Company incorporated in Vadodara, Gujarat. Core team assembled. Investment thesis validated — student housing near Tier-1 universities.
2024 — Land & Approvals
Freedom Luxuria Land Acquired
Prime land secured near Parul University, Waghodia. RERA registration initiated. Architectural design of Blocks A, B & C finalised.
2025 — Construction Begins
Groundbreaking — 370 Units
Construction commenced across all three blocks. Pre-launch bookings open. First 50 units allocated within 30 days of launch.
2026 — Active Now
Construction Progressing
Structural work ahead of schedule. Marketing and investor acquisition phase in full swing. Possession expected as per committed timelines.
2027 — Possession
Delivery & Rental Launch
Units handed over to investors. Management company activates tenant placement. Monthly rental returns begin flowing to all unit holders.
