What is the minimum investment?
₹14,50,000 per unit. You can invest in 1 unit or multiple units. Payment plans are available through bank home loans as well as our direct payment schedule.
When will I start receiving returns?
Returns begin from the month possession is handed over. As per current timelines, that is expected in 2027. Pre-possession, the builder may offer a fixed return scheme — ask our team for details.
Who manages the property?
