Absolutely. Under FEMA, NRIs, PIOs, and OCIs are permitted to buy residential and commercial property in India (excluding agricultural land and farmhouses). With a properly executed Power of Attorney, all documentation, registration, and payments can be completed remotely. 

Yes. Banks like HDFC NRI, ICICI Bank NRI, SBI NRI, and Axis Bank offer home loans to NRIs with up to 80% loan-to-value financing. Tenure can extend up to 20 years. The loan is repaid through your NRE/NRO account. Approvals typically take 7–14 days. Our team coordinates with the bank to make this seamless.

Our in-house property management team. We handle tenant placement (pre-screened students from Parul University), rent collection, monthly reporting, maintenance, repairs, and replacement of departing tenants. You receive monthly statements and quarterly inspection reports. There’s also a 30-day vacancy replacement guarantee — so your unit doesn’t sit empty.

Real estate is a long-term play, but if you need to exit, the property is fully transferable. NRIs can sell to other NRIs or resident Indians. Yes, this is the most common arrangement. You can grant Power of Attorney to a parent, sibling, or trusted family member in India. They can sign documents, attend registrations, and act on your behalf. We provide the PoA template, embassy attestation guidance, and coordinate with the Indian sub-registrar.
